It was explained to me by the owner of this historic house that the reason for the bright blue painted ceiling on the porch was to scare away "haints". He said it must be working because there weren't any haints there!
About Christopher Reid
Christopher Reid is an international artist painting in pastel, watercolor, and acrylic. He paints everything from portraits, landscapes, wildlife, and pets in his contemporary realist style.
