This tundra swan near Pocosin Wildlife Refuge was preparing to take off from a field to join the thousands of others circling in the sky. It was a cold morning and the light was crisp and dramatic.
About Christopher Reid
Christopher Reid is an international artist painting in pastel, watercolor, and acrylic. He paints everything from portraits, landscapes, wildlife, and pets in his contemporary realist style. His art has won numerous international awards. He travels all over the world painting en plein air as often as possible, exhibiting, and sharing his passion for art with others through teaching workshops.
