Description
I found this view at the Camellia Cottage Bed & Breakfast in historic downtown Wilmington. I painted it en plein air during the Lower Cape Fear Historic Society's plein air event. The morning sun cast a nice shadow for me to paint within and it was clear it would be a scorcher. I had painted this historic house from the street before and it was a nice change to paint this more intimate view from within the garden.
